“We have worked in the drinks industry for a long time and have a shared love of great bars and warm hospitality.

I spent 12 years specialising in agave spirits and Emma has a background in venues, marketing and events.

Together, With Emma developing the look and feel of the venues, and deano being the master of drinks, we make a great team.”
